there's going to be a lot of consolidation and huge lay-offs in the silicon valley before this recession runs its course. it's a part of every cycle and especially so of a cycle that's been greatly aggravated by gross fiscal mismanagement.

next year will be a nightmare for consumer electronics ... which means the consumer has finally cracked. if you have any money left there will be many great deals :D!
