Hi everyone!

I am buying all my slr equipment in the first week of Jan. In my experience, transport confort is very important for usabilitiy, so I will get two bags togheter with the equipment:

-one backpack for flying, traveling, and the ocasional trekking (very ocasional). Its intention is to get there my 15,4'' panoramic laptop if I want, my 20d and 17-40 + 70-300 DO or not DO 70-300, cables for all, and the usual things: my ipod, passport, valuables you do not want to check in, ipod, book/s, a couple of magacines I might get in the airport of station... I have read some threads and have spotted the lowepro computrekker (I don't know if I need the "plus" model or not, maybe yes in case I have a bigger laptop) and above all, the lowepro compurover. could someone please give me any piece of advice about them? differences, protection of the photo equipment, on-hand luggage suitability, etc

-one small belt (or similar) bag for shooting with one lens (17-40 or one of the 70-300) in the camera and the other in the bag, and be as unconspicous and convenient as possible. I have spotted lowepro off trail1 if my equipment fits in it, or similar. I should be grateful if someone had any comment on it too!

thank you!

I can recommend both the Computrekker and the Crumpler Stunner. I think your needs are quite common and where certainly the same as mine a while back. You might want to check the laptop size. I've had a 15" and 14" in mine.

I have the computreker plus that I use when I travel. It holds my laptop with a 17" screen nice and snug. Very well built and designed bag.
